Think Human:
Navigating Hybrid Work
I was commissioned by Dr Sylwia Ciuk from Oxford Brookes Business School to design a comprehensive suite of exhibition materials for "Navigating Hybrid Work: Young People’s Stories." This research project explores how recent domestic and international graduates navigate the complexities of joining the professional workforce in a hybrid environment.
My role was to translate over 70 hours of interview data and 300+ visual artefacts into a cohesive visual narrative. The final deliverables included:

- 6 A1 Vertical Posters for interactive Padlet displays.
- 5 A2 Horizontal Posters detailing thematic research findings.
- Information Posters & Promotional Flyers for the exhibition launch.
