Type Specimen

The project was a twist on the conventional type specimen; a publication that demonstrates the range of a typeface applied to headlines and text in a variety of sizes. My glyphs were developed from my chosen artefact from a study visit to the Pitt Rivers Museum in Oxford, with each glyph a highly considered and thoroughly researched form. The artefact I chose was a set of ancient keys from all over the world that have been displayed as a collection.
